Friends of Casa Hogar Esperanza Fund
The Friends of Casa Hogar Esperanza Fund helps support the Patronato de La Casa Hogar Esperanza de Loreto, A.C., "The Committee for the House of Hope, Loreto, BCS Mexico", a non-profit organization. Founded on July 14, 2006, this organization serves as a temporary group home and child and family services facility that strengthens families and prevents child abuse and neglect through treatment and education in the Loreto community.
Patronato de La Casa Hogar Esperanza de Loreto's mission is to care for the Loreto community's most vulnerable children. The program provides intensive therapeutic services for up to twelve children from infancy to age 12 removed from their homes by the courts because of severe behavioral and emotional problems associated with abuse and neglect. Family therapy is provided to facilitate successful reunification for children returning to their natural, foster or adoptive families. Therapeutic behavioral services counselors help the child maintain positive behaviors in the home that are essential to maintaining the family placement.
